There once was a cat:

She was born into a challenging home, rescued and adopted at the age of 1.

In her first year of life she had been raised to fight for her place and struggled to survive!

It seemed like all of the decisions in her life were made for her and she had no choice at all.

When she was rescued, skinny and hungry she continued to fight, hissing and snarling at everyone so they named her Dragon!

Each GEM includes the following elements:

Audio (sounds, beats, music, narration and anything else in the category)
Video (images, moving videos, graphics etc.)
An Empowerment Message

All GEMs are recommended to be no more than 3 minutes, although 5 minutes also works.

Some of these may include guided meditations as well.

The intention for these moments are to provide a moment or two to breathe, process stress, set up the day for a mindset of success, elevate inspirational levels and are to be delivered remotely at the times when they are needed.

I missed that day at school, did you too?

You know. The one where the teacher handed out the Cheat Sheet for living a joyful life?

I remember that day because right after it I started to notice that everyone else around me seemed to have it all together and were succeeding at being joyful in their lives.

I realized I was struggling where others were flying through challenges.

I wondered, what did they know that I didn’t know?

So, I started to generate that Cheat Sheet and I now have a version of it that I have been using for over 6 years. 

And it works! I now live an incredible life and have immense joy in it all. 

To be honest: The big secret of it all was to learn how to get out of my own way to happiness. 

And I want that for everyone else. So I created an effective subscription service to deliver it on a regular basis. 

I found it was insufficient to just tell people what it was, everyone needed regular reminders, inspiration and motivation to keep that joyful energy flowing.

Use a variety of visual techniques to successfully deliver messages. 

Receive a new technique to practice two times each month. Review your questions with others in the community or during our Office Hours.

Add on 'live' online coaching hours to deepen your presentation expertise.

Visualization Practices

Send us 5-10 of your favourite photographs that will tell your story. Record an audio of you telling your story or another audio track you want to use (royalty free). And send the script for your story line (told in no more than 6-word statements and we will stitch together a GEM for you.

Or build your own GEM with Audio, Video and Script in a video recording that is no more than 3 minutes in length.

We can publish it for you to share with our audience or store it on your favourite GEM list.
